From the Allentown/Bethlehem area:

Take Route 22 East to PA-33 South. Exit at Freemansburg Avenue and keep right toward Bethlehem. Travel less than ¼ mile and turn left into St. Luke's Anderson Campus. Make a left onto St. Luke's Riverside Circle.

Take I-78 East to PA-33 North. Exit at Freemansburg Avenue and keep left toward Bethlehem. Travel less than ¼ mile and turn left into St. Luke's Anderson Campus. Make a left onto St. Luke's Riverside Circle.

From the Coaldale area:

Take US-209 South to PA-248 East. Merge onto PA-33 South. Exit at Freemansburg Avenue and keep right toward Bethlehem. Travel less than ¼ mile and turn left into St. Luke's Anderson Campus. Make a left onto St. Luke's Riverside Circle.

From the Quakertown area:

Take PA-309 North to I-78 East. Merge onto PA-33 North. Exit at Freemansburg Avenue and keep left at the fork toward Bethlehem. Travel less than ¼ mile and turn left into St. Luke's Anderson Campus. Make a left onto St. Luke's Riverside Circle.

From the Stroudsburg area:

Take 1-80 West/US-209 South to PA-33 South. Take the Freemansburg Avenue exit and keep right toward Bethlehem. Travel less than ¼ mile and turn left into St. Luke's Anderson Campus. Make a left onto St. Luke's Riverside Circle.

From the New Jersey area:

Take I-78 West to PA-33 North. Exit at Freemansburg Avenue and keep left toward Bethlehem. Travel less than ¼ mile and turn left into St. Luke's Anderson Campus. Make a left onto St. Luke's Riverside Circle.
